They should also aware their teens for the healthy eating habits. Tell them about calories and fats i.e. how i hey affects the body functioning. Guide them for a limited use of fast food and enough use of nutritious food. Due to the hormonal changes and other physical changes in teen age you have to eat a balanced and healthy food.
